On February 12, 2013, Governor Patrick filed legislation to reform the system for providing retiree healthcare. A summary of the bill is hyperlinked below. The bill has not become law as of March 2, 2013 but comes from a recommendation from a Special Commission. Those employees, from MTRS or Worc. County Retirement, within 10-15 years of retirement should take notice:
