FY 2025 Open Enrollment/Benefits Fair Information
Open Enrollment Period: April 1, 2024 through April 30, 2024
Benefits Effective Date: July 1, 2024
Please note there are no major changes in benefit providers. We are still with BCBS/MIIA, Dental Blue and TASC.
The Open Enrollment Period is a little earlier than it has been in the past.
Please email, mail or drop off at the Superintendent's Office any forms you need to complete by April 30, 2024. They can be submitted to the Town Treasurer's Office or the School's Business Office. The contact information is listed on Ms. Marlborough's letter.

The Town of Millbury FY 2025 Medical and Dental Rate Sheets are enclosed below. If you were hired after August 2019, then you utilize the 70-30 sheet for 30% employee paid. All other employees utilize the 75-25 sheet for 25% employee paid.
